Commercial furniture has two jobs: take a beating for years, and be ready the day the signage goes up. We plan every fit-out backwards from your opening date.
Built for the thousandth customer, not the first
A home dining chair sees three sit-downs a day; a café chair sees sixty. So our commercial pieces are built differently — thicker tenons, stretcher rails, merbau tops that shrug off trays and keys, and commercial-grade vinyls or 60,000-rub fabrics on the banquettes.

How commercial projects are quoted
Fit-outs are priced by project, not by catalogue line. After a site visit (or your contractor's drawings), you receive an itemised quotation — each table, banquette metre and counter section priced separately, so you can trim scope without renegotiating everything.
As a guide: a 30-seat café typically lands between RM 28,000 and RM 45,000 for tables, seating and a service counter; a reception lobby with a custom counter and feature wall from RM 18,000. Deposit 40%, progress payment at factory inspection, balance after installation.
